Stride publishes this hub as our single place for how we capture sales calls, handle protected health cues, and enforce a US-first pilot posture. Expanded policy PDFs and subpages (recording, PHI, retention, jurisdictions) arrive on a counsel-reviewed cadence; this route is wired now so footer and SSO flows stay stable.
Deep implementation detail lives under ADR-0019 (recording consent + privacy + PHI) and ADR-0016 (invite-only access + watermarking discipline).
Product behavior
How visibility works
Stride is a professional revenue-execution and rep-development system. Work context you intentionally share with Strider—such as opportunity context, debriefs, and reflections—is organization business data, not a private journal. Stride does not treat this context as author-only.
Access follows your organization's roles, reporting relationships, and policy. Manager and leader views lead with synthesized development themes, coaching observations, and execution implications; they are not a feed of every Strider message. The underlying context remains attributed to the person who provided it and may be opened through purposeful review when materially needed for opportunity execution, professional development, governance, audit, or correction.
Rep-provided context remains human-provided context. Stride does not present it as evidence of what a buyer said or did, and it does not rewrite the judgment recorded for a completed meeting.
Keep what you share professional and relevant. Stride discourages unrelated intimate or sensitive information. Professional visibility does not bypass Stride's privacy or protected-health-information handling.
On our roadmap — not yet in place
We would rather tell you what we have not built yet than describe it as though we had. Each of the following is planned and none of it is in place today.
- Recording disclosure — a Zoom-style passive announcement posture for in-product capture. Today, disclosure is handled by whatever tool you record with; Stride does not yet capture or verify a per-recording attestation of its own.
- Complete PHI signal replacement — automatic detection and semantic-preserving replacement runs today on uploaded transcripts and on recordings we transcribe. It does not yet cover every intake path, and there is no reviewer queue yet. Reps are never asked to classify PHI.
- US-first motion guardrails — organizations self-certify a US-only sales motion today. Automatic geography gating at intake, and the DPIA-era expansion beyond it, are still ahead of us.
